Emergency Vehicle Systems by Tidewater Communications & Electronics Inc. is your one stop design, installation, and repair center. We can cover your entire emergency vehicle needs from light bars, two-way radios, cabinets, vehicle graphics / lettering, push bumpers, security systems, infrared cameras and much more. All of our experienced technicians are EVT Certified. We are also an authorized Ford drop ship location. You can buy your vehicle from the local dealer and have it drop shipped to our location for the conversion. Call us for the drop ship number.

We do not however offer stock packages as do other vendors. We believe that each customer has an individual need and we build each vehicle to your specifications. Electrical Systems

Emergency Vehicle Systems and Tidewater Communications have over 50 years of combined experience in emergency vehicle electrical and electronics systems. Our staff believes that the electrical system is one of the most important components of any emergency vehicle. We take great pride in our electrical systems, providing all conversions the same high quality electrical systems. All wiring is rated to 125% of the load carried. The wiring is GXL crosslink color-coded and ran in split loom when exposed. All electrical connections are double crimped and heat sealed to eliminate the chance of wires getting in your way.
